Upload your book to ChatGPT, and to get started, you can use a basic prompt like this: "Attached is my book. Please digest and read it. Once done, I would like you to create Facebook post content from it, where each piece of post content is standalone. Please use the same tone as the book is written in. Please start by giving me three posts."
If you want it to be more customizable, simply add the prompts to fit your preferences.
Then ask: "For the first post, can you please create an image to represent it so I can post it together?"
